Introduction

This product is targetted for software developers and system integrators. It's a blackbox that converts 1 URL to 1 image and is optimised to be launched by other software.

  1. 'URL-encoded' (=escaped) URLs can be decoded or not before connecting to the url.
  2. Possibility to specify the separator between launch-parameters. This is needed if the URL itself contains the default separator '&'.
• New in version 1.02: Auto-detection of page width.
• 'Virtual' browser window without desktop-size limits.
  
• The webpage does not need to be displayed on the desktop to be able to grab it.
• All conversion settings can be specified as launch-parameters.
• Save the generated image in BMP, JPG or PNG format
• Resize the image
• Clip an area in the image
• The 'Auto-detect Page-height' setting allows to generate images containing EXACTLY the whole content of the webpage, rather than a predetermined page-area set by the virtual browser sizes. (Remark: This doesn't work for pages containing frames !)
• Can be integrated in ASP or ColdFusion
• Multiple instances can be launched simultanuously to do conversions in parallel.
